At The Mobile Marvel, we understand that purchasing high-value products is a significant

Standard Delivery at $200HKD
This typically takes up to 12 business days. We believe every customer
deserves a seamless experience, regardless of shipping speed. We use Fedex and DHL so therefore costs are unavoidable.
Express Shipping at $500 HKD
We offer express shipping to most countries and it can take up-to 5 business days after product has been shipped. Usually most will be delivered with 3 days.
All shipments are handeld by globally renowned companies like DHL Express and FedEx, renowned for their expertise in transporting high-value items with the utmost care and reliability.
Attention Customers from the United States
All customers with orders from the United States will need to provide us a personal Fedex account number for shipping as this is a requirement from Fedex since 1st of July 2025. We will ask you before shipping the order please make sure either the number you have provided or email is one you check regularly. If you decide refuse to provide us with this information your order will be cancelled if no response is given within 3 working days after order placement.

Customs & Import Fees
Mobile Marvel Limited does not pay any fees for our customers, and the responsibility of duties, tariffs, and taxes lies with the customer. We recommend that before placing an order, you enquire about your jurisdiction’s charges in regards to fees. We will not take any responsibility for these; however, we will help ensure that it’s easier to clear these by managing declarations in your favor so fees are kept to a minimum.
As part of our after-sales service, Mobile Marvel Limited will cover any customs or processing fees exceeding USD $30 on your behalf. To process such reimbursement, you will be required to provide proof of payment and a valid PayPal account for us to facilitate the refund. Please note that we cannot return funds directly to your credit card, so kindly do not request this option.
